The health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. We have implemented practices that are aligned with WHO and South African Covid-19 laws and guidelines.
On a daily basis we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and staff by creating a hygiene friendly environment, to feel safe and protected with us.
As we look forward to welcoming you to our salon we would like to reassure you that the following Hygiene/Covid-19 protocols have been introduced and continuously followed:
Additional Hygiene/Covid-19 Protocols:
• Arrival Consultation and Temperature check.
• Pre and Post Arrival Sanitisation Procedures for reception, treatment rooms, nail and pedicure stations.
• In treatment rooms the beds, sheets and towels are covered with clear plastic for sanitary reasons and to safeguard each client.
• The entire salon is sanitised twice daily.
• On a daily basis all team members temperatures are taken on arrival at work.
• On a daily basis all team members participate in and ensure social distancing at all times in the salon.
• Team uniforms and masks are washed and ironed daily.
• All team members wash their hands every 30 minutes as well as before and after every client’s treatments.
•Our team has completed COVID-19 Compliance Conduct Training and is educated on the aforementioned protocols.
